POSITION NOW OPEN

Finance and Business Manager, Albany Institute of History & Art

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Finance and Business Manager has primary responsibility for the financial, accounting, and human resource functions of the Albany Institute. This position will coordinate and supervise all activities of the business office, including overseeing and coordinating the preparation of annual budgets, monitoring, analyzing, and forecasting income and expense trends. S/he will perform independently on a day-to-day basis and is expected to be a team player and execute all activities within the broad context of the overall institutional goals. The Finance and Business Manager will work closely with all departments, and with the Board of Trustees. 

Qualifications: 1+ years of related experience in a not-for-profit institution; a bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a good sense of humor and enjoy helping people.
