April Art Break 2018 Printing Landscapes

Vacation Art Break, Special Programs, Family Programs

Printing Landscapes

Tuesday, April 3 – Thursday, April 5

Ages 6-12   9 AM – Noon

In this three-day drop-off program students will be inspired by the current exhibition, Along the Eastern Road: Hiroshige’s Fifty-Three Stations of the Tokaido. We’ll admire the wonderful landscape prints that inspired the likes of famous artists like Van Gogh, and create our own artwork in the studio.  Children will experiment with drawing, paint, and ink along with printmaking materials as they explore putting their own “stamp” on printed outdoor scenes.

Tuition includes materials and museum admission.

Registration is required and space is limited.
