Four Deputy Directors Announced in AIHA  Re-Organization

In order to meet the goals and objectives outlined in the Board-approved Strategic Plan 3, AIHA has begun to re-organize its staff. The Albany Institute of History & Art is pleased to announce the promotion of four staff members to Deputy Director positions. 

Tammis Groft (formerly Chief Curator), now serves as Deputy Director for Exhibitions and Collections, and is responsible for the oversight of all activities in the Curatorial and Library Departments, including collections and exhibitions. 

Marcia Moss (formerly Director of Public Relations), now serves as Deputy Director for Marketing and Operations, and oversees all public relations and marketing activities and is responsible for audience development and customer service, as well as oversight of the Buildings and Grounds and Museum Protection departments. 

Ted Lind (formerly Director of Education), now serves as Deputy Director for Education and Public Programs, and oversees education programming for museum visitors and schools, in addition to implementing new technology in the museum. 

Jennifer D’Elia (formerly Director of Development), now serves as Deputy Director for Development and Finance, and oversees all fundraising and financial activities for the Institute.
