Get a sneak preview of spring at the Amaryllis Festival, hosted by the Albany Seedy Gardeners.  See spectacular blooming amaryllis flowers and bid on beautiful works of art provided by the Colonie Art League.  Admission to the event is $5.00 and proceeds benefit the Albany Institute of History & Art.

Judy Stacey, Albany City Gardener for 13 years, will be presenting a lecture on the planting and care of amaryllis bulbs.  Each year Stacey plants a variety of flowers and bulbs with the goal being to "beautify the city".
