Planning
All costs of food, beverage, floral, linens, rentals (tables and chairs,
etc), entertainment, audio-visual and other needs are the responsibility
of the client.
Food served at the Albany Institute is professionally catered by highly
regarded local firms who are familiar with the museum's facilities and
policies and committed to provided our clients the highest quality
service.
Catering arrangements are contracted directly between the client and the
caterer. the museum must be informed of the selected caterer by the
client at least two weeks prior to the event date.
AIHA staff can assist with catering, rental equipment and entertainment
arrangements at an additional charge.
