Event Spaces at the
Albany Institute
The
three-story, 2,250 sq. ft. Atrium offers an elegant, contemporary
setting for receptions. Linking the museum's historic buildings,
this spectacular glass enclosure is an architectural beacon on
Washington Avenue and reflects the renaissance of downtown Albany.

The
Beaux-Arts style Rice House, restored to its elegant 19th century
splendor, is ideal for meetings, small receptions or seated meals.
On the National Register of Historic Places, the Rice House includes
original decorative fireplaces and finished and a private terrace
overlooking the museum's gardens with views of the New York State
Capitol.

The 1,600 sq. ft. Key Cultural Center is one of the Capital
District's most technologically advanced meeting rooms. Located on
a private floor of the museum, this multi-functional space offers
amenities including a drop-down projection screen, high-speed Internet
access, built-in public address system and variable lighting controls.
