Space Usage Guidelines
All spaces require a usage
fee and a returnable damage deposit.
Event insurance must be provided by the rental client.
Rental fee includes the use of AIHA furnishings and equipment (60" round
tables, 96" rectangular tables, folding chairs, podium, microphone, LCD
projector) All equipment items must be reserve in advance and are
subject to availability.
Food and
beverage service for all events must be provided by an AIHA-approved
caterer [see
list].
No food or beverages are allowed in the museum galleries at any time.
Private, on-site event access to museum galleries during non-public
hours may reserved for an additional hourly fee.
Menus and decorations must be approved in advance by AIHA staff.
