The Albany Institute’s galleries and public spaces are fully accessible for wheelchair users and others who need to avoid stairs.

The atrium elevator is located on the first floor near the restrooms and parking lot, on the second floor near the Museum Shop and gallery entrance, and on the third floor near the Key Cultural Center. The gallery elevator is located near the sculpture gallery.

Large-print exhibition guides are available at the admissions desk.

A coat room is located on the first floor of the atrium, near the admissions desk.

Key-operated lockers are available for storage of small bags and personal items. The key may be obtained at the admissions desk.

Wheelchairs and strollers are available for use during your museum visit. Please ask for assistance at the admissions desk.

Baby-changing stations are located in the restrooms on the first floor of the museum.
