Many votive images were made of the god Osiris, usually as shown here wrapped as a mummy, holding the crook and flail with a divine beard and the elaborate headdress of horns and feathers known as the atef crown.  On his back and side there are rings to attach to a chain so that he could be worn around the neck but be held straight and kept from swinging.
