An Artful Evening

This festive cocktail party will bring friends of the Albany Institute together for an inspiring night of art, conversation, and community. Guests will enjoy a silent art auction featuring works by landscape painter David Coughtry, along with works by talented area artists, plus plentiful hors d’oeuvres and an open bar.

All the Institute’s galleries will be open for guests to explore, including the world-famous Hudson River School landscape paintings in the Christine and George R. Hearst Gallery, the Ancient Egypt gallery, and the Sculpture Court, in addition to special exhibitions Mexico Masks / Rituals: Photography by Phyllis Galembo, Inspired Landscapes: Women of the Hudson River School, and the recently opened exhibition Albany, c. 1776.
