Local author Nancy Castaldo will discuss her recent book Back from the Brink which delves into the threats to seven species, and the scientific and political efforts to coax them back from the brink of extinction.
Castaldo resides in the Hudson Valley and has written books about our planet for over 20 years. Her research has taken her all over the world, from the Galapagos to Russia and she loves sharing her adventures with her readers.
