November Art du Jour

Art du Jour is a virtual program featuring an in-depth discussion of a work of art on display at the Albany Institute of History & Art.

Take a break! This virtual program features a relaxed, explorative discussion of the painting On the Sea Wall with John Paul Jones by N.C. Wyeth. Participants will be guided through a contemplative analysis of the painting by a member of the education staff. The guided discussion will be about 30-45 minutes, perfect for a break from your busy day at work or at home. No background in art is required to enjoy this program, but reservations are required.

The conversation will be offered live via Zoom with a Q&A session. All participants will receive the Zoom link at least one hour before the lecture to the email used during registration.
