A conversation between historical artist Len Tantillo and narrative history writer Russell Shorto about how each uses historical records to recreate the past. What is the role of personal creativity? As Tantillo says, “I try to keep who I am out of my pictures. But I know that’s impossible.” Join us for a look into how two interpreters of history view their craft.
