TINY Talk with Shohei Yamane, Chairman of Dassai Blue Sake Brewery, who will discuss their state-of-the-art brewery + tasting room in Hyde Park, and the "DASSAI MOON” project, a collaboration with Japan Space Agency to ferment Dassai sake in space! The “moon” sake returned to earth on March 6, so join us for this special talk + sake tasting at The Greenhouse at La Serre, Albany.
