Art Connects

Tuesday, November 1, 1:00 - 2:30 pm | Register Here

$8 Participants | One Free Accompanying Caregiver

This program is designed for people affected with early to mid-stage Alzheimer's and other memory loss with their care-partners. Looking at paintings, sculptures, and artifacts may rekindle memories and emotions, are special social occasions, and lively outings for people who live with memory loss.

We will use our collections to renew and build social connections in which all can participate and enjoy. It does not require a background in art, nor does it rely on memory.

Advance registration is required, and the accompanying care-partner must also register. Capacity is limited. For questions, please contact Mallory Schultz, Education Coordinator, at 518 463 4478 x 404.

Our current Covid precautions call for participants in in-person programs to wear face coverings (masks).

Please note that while this program is scheduled to be onsite at the museum, should conditions evolve regarding Covid-19 safety we reserve the right to convert this event to a virtual platform.
