PRESENTATION Designed for Travel: Railroad Posters in the Collection of the Albany Institute

Doug McCombs, curator of the exhibition Romancing the Rails: Train Travel in the 1920s and 1930s, will look at posters from New York Central and other railroads to show how rail lines adapted new technologies and new messages to market their transportation services.

Cost: $10 per person (includes museum admission)

*At this time, program attendees age 18+ participating in registered events at the museum will be required to wear masks AND provide proof that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
