Sketch in the Galleries - Return to Abstraction

April 15th, 2026 3:00pm–4:30pm

Join us at the Albany Institute for a relaxing evening of observational drawing in the galleries! This week, we will return to abstraction through the work of American Modernist Blanche Lazzell. Come experiment with shape, line, and composition. Supplies are provided, but participants are encouraged to bring their own sketchbooks and pencils. All abilities are welcome. Free with admission, no pre-registration required.
