Book Launch and Beer Tasting: Upper Hudson Valley Beer

The Albany Institute of History & Art was one of the research institutions for the new book Upper Hudson Valley Beer and we are excited to help kick off its release with a lecture and some tasty craft beer!

PRE-REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED FOR THIS EVENT.
Unregistered attendees may pay at the front desk and receive copies of the book (as they last). The museum shop will work with guests to order additional copies.

Join us for the launch of Craig Gravina and Alan McLeod's new book Upper Hudson Valley Beer, a 400-year history of brewing and beer-making in our region. Published by The History Press of Charleston, South Carolina, the book flows chronologically from the early Dutch brewers to the rise of craft brewing today. Remarkable Liquids, the area's only craft-focused beer distributor, will also be on hand to provide samples of some of the best beer made in our region.

$30 per person; $50 per couple (includes a copy of the book and beer samples)
