FIRST FRIDAY: Artists of the Mohawk Hudson Region Gallery Talks

We're open for free this evening and featuring special gallery talks with contemporary artists!

The Albany Institute of History & Art will be open FREE to the public as part of 1st Friday Albany from 5PM-8PM. Visitors are welcomed to explore our galleries and museum shop.

Artists whose work was selected for the 78th annual Exhibition by Artists of the Mohawk Hudson Region will discuss their work. Check back to discover which artists will be participating.

1st Friday, administered by the Upstate Artists Guild, aims to introduce a wider audience to the unique vitality of the artists and venues of Albany. 1st Friday promotes interest in the arts by making it accessible, thereby strengthening the arts community in Albany.
