Fundraising Events

The Albany Institute of History & Art is supported in part by the generosity of museum members and donors. Throughout the year, the Albany Institute hosts fundraising events including our Museum Gala, For the Museum, At the Museum, is held annually in June. Our signature Work of Art is held in November. 5:00pm–8:00pm Join us for the fourth annual Work of Art! This year's fundraising event will feature a contemporary art auction.

10:00am–5:00pm Come to the Albany Institute this Thanksgiving weekend for fun activities, holiday festivities, and ample pleasantries for you and your out-of-town guests!

5:30pm–8:00pm The museum wants to work closer with 21-40somethings who are looking to engage with local art + history. Activities with the 1791 Club will take place on the second Wednesday of each month.
