The Albany Institute presents a broad range of public programs related to our collections, exhibitions, and special projects. Programs are currently being offered in both virtual and in-person formats.

In-person programming is limited to small group sizes for COVID safety and are subject to be cancelled or translated to online formats should changes occur in community COVID levels and CDC recommendations.

Gallery Talks

On Saturdays and Sundays From September-May and select holidays we offer gallery talks led by volunteer docents.* These take place at 1PM and are included with museum admission.

Please also look for special gallery talks by museum curators, educators, and artists whose work is on view.
