Please note that returned items must be unused and should be returned to the museum shop in the original packaging and in salable condition. Damaged Merchandise

Please notify the museum shop immediately if an item is received damaged or broken. Claims for broken or damaged merchandise must be reported within ten days. When notified within the specified time period, the museum shop will pay the return shipping costs for damaged items or items shipped in error.
