This view from the top of the Corning Tower building looking north is among several views Haas painted between 1979 and 1980 of Albany, San Francisco, and Manhattan. There is some artistic license, in that Calder's stabile Triangles and Arches is in the north end of the reflecting pool, rather than the south end.
